Overdryve.ai is an AI-powered Marketing Intelligence Platform that helps businesses analyze marketing performance, automate marketing workflows, generate AI-powered insights, and integrate with authorized third-party business systems.
We may collect account information, business contact information, marketing campaign data, analytics, business performance metrics, information received through authorized third-party integrations, payment information processed by third parties, device information, and platform usage logs.
We use information to provide and improve our services, generate AI-powered insights, automate marketing activities, provide customer support, maintain security, communicate with customers, and comply with applicable laws.
Customer data is processed solely to provide requested platform functionality. Overdryve.ai does not sell customer data and does not intentionally use customer data to train public AI models.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from a business using the Overdryve platform, we collect and store your phone number and your consent status in order to send you the messages you've agreed to receive (such as service reminders and special offers).

No sharing of mobile information: We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the text messages of the business you opted in with, and for related consent and compliance recordkeeping.
Opting out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact the business directly.
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit where supported, access controls, and role-based permissions.
